Do you ship frozen products nationwide?
To ensure our berries arrive in perfect condition, we currently offer shipping across Canada using insulated packaging and dry ice. Please check our shipping page for specific regional delivery schedules.
Are there any additives or preservatives in your frozen fruit?
No. Our frozen berries are 100% natural with no added sugar, colors, or preservatives. You are getting pure fruit straight from Krause Farms.
What should I do if my berries arrive thawed?
If your order arrives completely thawed, please take a photo and contact our customer service team within 24 hours. We guarantee freshness and will provide a replacement or refund for any compromised shipments.
Can I pick up my online order at the farm?
Yes! We offer a convenient 'Farm Pickup' option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification to collect your berries from our market location.
How long can I store Krause Farms berries in my freezer?
For the best flavor and texture, we recommend consuming our frozen berries within 12 months of purchase, though they remain safe to eat indefinitely if kept at a constant 0°F (-18°C).
